To Melissa and Family,
Although Doug will be missed and create a large void in your lives, - please find some comfort in knowing he is in a better place where there is no pain or suffering. I worked for Doug for several years and he was the best supervisor I ever had. He always had your back. We have you in our thoughts and prayers.
Love, John & Skeeter Sheally

I worked with Doug for many years. I know how much he loved his family and was so proud of them. He had a great personality and was a pleasure to work with. I was always impressed with his garden. I am so sorry for your loss. I will be praying for you and hope you will call upon the Lord for comfort. God bless all.

Melissa, Ben, Bryan and grandchildren,
Thoughts and prayers are with you all praying for comfort and strength for the upcoming days and weeks ahead. Hold onto those precious memories. Especially remembering how he could grow a beautiful garden. Will miss seeing him sitting on the porch whenever we drove by.

Prayers,
Rick & Sandy Pruett

We moved to Narrows 7 years ago across from Doug and Melissa. We had the greatest pleasure of meeting them both. Doug would come over all the time and chat with my husband Lennon and even play ball with my children. He was such a wonderful, kind, and loving person. He will be missed :( our hearts break for the family and friends of Doug and we will be praying for you all during this difficult time.

Melissa and family, Judy and I covenant to remember you in our prayers in the days ahead. May your many memories sustain you. Our journeys took us in different directions in life, but our relationships with childhood and high school friends helped to make us who we are today. Our love and God's comforting peace to you.
