Allen Dennis Moulder, Jr., 56 of Narrows departed this life on Saturday, August 26th, 2017.

He was born in Princeton, West Virginia on September 4th,1960 and was the son of Allen Dennis Moulder, Sr. and Judy Ellison Moulder. He was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Nancy Thompson.

A 1978 graduate of Narrows High School, Dennis was a longtime employee at Celanese in Narrows. He was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed traveling, baseball, and visits with his nieces and nephews. A loving husband and brother, he will be deeply missed by his family, friends and co-workers.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 23 years, Diana Adkins Moulder; his mother and father; three brothers, Stephen Moulder of Narrows, Gerald Moulder and wife Lynette of Glen Lyn, and Darren Moulder of Narrows; eight nieces and nephews, Steven Thompson, Tori Thompson, Eli Fisher, Eva Fisher, A.J. Thompson, Brandy Moulder, Wade Moulder, and Reagan Moulder; a sister-in-law, Nina Adkins-Fisher and husband Bobby Fisher of Narrows; and a mother-in-law, Victoria Adkins of Narrows.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 29th, 2017 at 7 PM at First Baptist Church in Narrows. The family will receive friends at First Baptist Church Tuesday from 5 PM until just prior to the service. The family requests that those sending memorial contributions, please consider the Narrows Volunteer Fire Department; 133 Center Street; Narrows, Virginia 24124.
